Our Internship Program

Our Mexico Intern program starts in September ending in March. We offer a fast-paced, flexible, fun environment where you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and face new challenges. Our culture isn’t just about one kind of person. So many individuals make up who we are, making us that much more unique. This is what sets apart the dynamic, diverse, and collaborative environment that is Teradata.

What You’ll Do

In this internship, you will support the CTO office by learning how to optimize operational workflows, document processes, and leverage digital tools to improve team efficiency. You'll work alongside the Operations Lead on real projects — updating SharePoint documentation, testing automation tools, and helping to streamline administrative tasks. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, learn how modern business tools work, and see firsthand how small process improvements can have big impact.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with organizing and updating SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 documentation under guidance from the Operations Lead
  • Create and update basic process documentation and standard operating procedure templates for CTO office workflows
  • Explore AI tools (Claude AI, Microsoft CoPilot) and test how they can help automate routine administrative tasks
  • Identify and document process improvement ideas; present findings to the team for feedback and potential implementation
  • Assist with general administrative support tasks such as maintaining records, organizing files, and preparing materials for team meetings

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to the Operations Lead, who will mentor you throughout the internship and give you feedback on your work. You'll collaborate with CTO office staff, including project teams and operational partners, as you learn how different parts of the office work together. This is a learning role — you'll ask questions, make mistakes in a safe environment, and grow your understanding of how operations support innovation.
