  • Support high availability environments by ensuring minimal disruption during planned maintenance windows.
  • Adhere strictly to change management processes, including assessment, authorization, and customer-confirmed schedules.
  • Troubleshoot issues during upgrade activities and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them when required.
  • Execute rollback procedures and stabilization tasks to ensure system integrity.

    • Shadow experienced engineers during live upgrade and maintenance activities
    • Gradually take ownership of tasks under supervision
    • Gradually align with production maintenance schedules and shift coverage as part of onboarding progression.
  • After successful completion of onboarding milestones, you will:
    • Independently execute upgrade and change activities
    • Participate actively in maintenance windows and scheduled operations
    • Handle standard change execution with minimal supervision
