What You’ll Do
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Customer Education Consultant to join our team. This entry-level role is customer-facing and focuses on supporting the delivery of educational initiatives through collaboration with Account Teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and educating customers, helping to drive product adoption through strategic educational initiatives. This role involves assisting with the operational aspects of customer training, including planning, scheduling, and facilitating customer-facing calls and initiatives. The role also involves supporting multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting:
- Assist in planning and delivering customer enablement programs that align with business objectives and drive product adoption.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, and Account Teams provide guidance on best practices training approaches, developing training plans.
- Collaborate with Account Teams to identify customer education needs and deliver tailored training solutions.
- Help prepare training assessments and recommendations for customers.
- Assist in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of educational initiatives and continuously improving based on feedback and data.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer education and apply them to our programs.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products.
Delivery:
- Assist in planning and scheduling: Administer project management frameworks, processes, and tools. Help manage scope, resources, work distribution, governance, schedules, budgets, and reporting metrics. Provide status reporting.
- Support stakeholder management: Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving issues as needed.
- Content creation: Help facilitate the creation of engaging and relevant content for programs and initiatives.
- Communications: Publish session schedules/calendars and handle customer inquiries.
- Program evaluation: Assist in reporting, data analysis, and program optimization to continuously improve the effectiveness of the program.
Who You’ll Work With
You will work closely with the services organization, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive program delivery.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in technical or professional discipline or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in English and at least one additional European language
- Proficiency with documentation, workspace platforms and AI tools (e.g. PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, …).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
