What You’ll Do

In this role, you will provide dedicated executive administrative support to the Territory Vice President, enabling effective day‑to‑day operations and supporting business priorities. You will play a key role in managing executive communications, coordinating complex schedules, and acting as a trusted partner to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Success in this role looks like seamless calendar and meeting coordination, high‑quality written communications, proactive agenda management, and reliable support that allows the Territory Vice President to focus on strategic and leadership responsibilities.

Who You’ll Work With

On our team, we work closely with senior leadership, internal teams across the organization, Argentina, Brazil and Chile Sales team and external stakeholders. This role partners directly with the Territory Vice President and interacts regularly with customers, vendors, and service providers. You will serve as a key point of contact, helping facilitate effective collaboration and communication across the business.

The position reports directly to the Territory Vice President.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar executive support role, ideally within a multinational or corporate environment.
  • Advance English proficiency (spoken and written) with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 360 (or similar).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
