What You’ll Do
This role is responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that connect with people and drive lasting behavior change across the organization.
You will facilitate engaging, interactive learning sessions and design blended learning programs across multiple modalities. You will also own the end‑to‑end learning operations engine—serving as the primary point of contact for learning systems, processes, and learner support—while delivering high‑quality learning experiences.
Success in this role looks like well‑run, scalable learning programs that are consistently measured, continuously improved, and clearly valued by learners, facilitators, and business stakeholders.
Who You’ll Work With
You will work closely with stakeholders across the People Organization and the broader business to assess learning needs, coordinate programs, and ensure effective delivery. You will partner with facilitators and subject matter experts, enabling them to deliver successful learning experiences, and collaborate with colleagues to continuously evolve our learning ecosystem.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, talent development, or a related field
- Proven experience facilitating engaging learning sessions and designing blended learning experiences
- Hands‑on experience with LMS administration and learning operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate learner and stakeholder needs

Detailed Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging sessions that build connection, encourage reflection, and enable peer learning
- Design blended learning experiences across multiple formats to reinforce lasting learning
- Assess learning needs and deliver concise, application‑focused sessions supported by practical resources and experiential activities
- Organize and coordinate talent development programs; serve as the primary LMS administrator and point of contact within the People Organization
- Support efficient learning operations through streamlined workflows and strong data integrity (familiarity with Workday, Glint, and SharePoint is a plus)
- Partner with business stakeholders to assess needs and proactively communicate the value of learning programs to learners and leaders
- Collaborate with and support co‑facilitators; onboard and prepare them for successful delivery
- Gather feedback, track program effectiveness, and use data to continuously improve learning experiences
- Explore, test, and evaluate emerging learning tools and technologies, especially AI, to enhance impact and scalability
