What you’ll do

This role will require you to

• Develop, test and maintain scalable and high-performing enterprise applications
• Develop and test microservices and integrate them with container orchestration platforms
• Write efficient, scalable, and clean code primarily in Java / Python / Golang
• Apply AI skills and develop next-generation AI capabilities into our products
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of deployed applications
• Be responsible for the quality of features developed/tested
• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless deployment and development cycles
• Monitor and optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Evaluate, investigate, and tune/optimize the performance of the application
• Resolve customer incidents and provide support to Customer Support and Operations teams

This role is an Individual Contributor role closely working with team members, reports to Engineering Manager

What makes you a qualified candidate

• Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MSc in CSE, IT, or related disciplines
• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of Java or Python, with experience across the full development lifecycle, including testing
• Hands-on experience in REST API development
• Experience working in one or more public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What you’ll bring

You will be a preferred candidate if you have

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
• Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and related cloud services
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory in a CI/CD environment
• Working knowledge on LLMs, Agentic AI and a continuous learning attitude
• An automation-first and accelerated development mindset, leveraging permitted AI tools such as GitHub Copilot
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to team success
• Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a drive to make an impact
