What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced UI Engineering Manager to lead teams building unified experiences and scalable UI platforms. In this role, you will shape the engineering strategy for UI development, intuitive and performant application experiences. You’ll partner with engineering, product, architecture, and AI platform teams to deliver high-impact UI experience that transform customer experiences.

Your Opportunity:

• Lead end‑to‑end development of User Interface, from prototyping to production‑ready releases on unified platforms such as AI Studio or equivalent
• Drive architecture and standardization of core UI building blocks (Auth, RBAC, Personas, Performance, UI frameworks).
• Establish best practices for UI development (governance frameworks, review workflows, code coverage, evaluate new technologies).
• Work with product teams to build unified UI experiences.
• Manage and grow a talented, high potential team of engineers delivering UI for AI products.
• Drive execution for quarterly/annual AI engineering deliverables, ensuring efficiency, quality, and predictable delivery.
• Work closely with product managers, UX researchers, test engineering, and platform teams to align the agent roadmap with business goals.

What makes you a qualified candidate

• 10+ years of experience in UI engineering, with at least 2+ in people and technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience building and delivering intuitive UI products, in an iterative and rapid fashion.
• Hands-on experience of JavaScript, Angular, React, translating user experience design (mockups, wireframes and user journeys) into code using Angular/React, Angular Material, NodeJS, strong fundamental knowledge of Object-oriented JavaScript, SASS, CSS3
• Strong background in distributed systems, cloud-native development, and modern CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
