What You'll Do: Shape the Way the World Understands Data   

We are looking for an experienced engineer to design, build, and improve intelligent AI agents that can understand natural language, reason over structured and unstructured data, and take appropriate actions in complex systems.

In this role, you will work on end-to-end agent capabilities, including language understanding, reasoning workflows, tool usage, and performance evaluation. You will collaborate closely with product, platform, and data teams to deliver robust, production-ready agent solutions.

You will:

• Design and implement NLP-driven AI agents that can interpret user intent, reason through tasks, and interact with external systems and data sources.
• Develop agent workflows involving multi-step reasoning, tool invocation, and structured outputs.
• Integrate agents with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and services, including structured data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define agent capabilities, usage scenarios, and system behavior.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality, correctness, robustness, and reliability across different scenarios.
• Analyze agent behavior, logs, and failure cases to continuously improve performance and user experience.
• Contribute to best practices around prompt design, agent architecture, testing strategies, and observability.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, NLP, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with hands-on work in NLP or ML systems.
• Practical experience building or integrating LLM-powered applications or agents.
• Experience working with structured data systems, including SQL and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of system reliability, testing, and performance tradeoffs. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar systems.
• Prior experience delivering AI systems in production or enterprise environments.
• Exposure to agent observability, benchmarking, or automated testing pipelines.
