What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing secondary research from multiple data sources to support the advanced research efforts of the Office of the CTO. You will serve as the point of contact for market research analysis and will be expected to present your findings to broader audiences. In this capacity you will leverage Industry Analyst data sets as well as perform AI based research to gather your findings. Your research will help to validate and identify new market opportunities for future product innovations and technology advancements. In addition, you will partner with our Customer & Technology Research Lead to assist in operationalizing various primary research projects with customers and prospects (interviews, surveys, panels).

On our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals in Product Management, User Research, Customer Success, Sales and other key departments. You will play a crucial role in helping Teradata better understand our customers’ needs through qualitative and quantitative customer and user research. This position will report to the Customer & Technology Research Lead and will reside within the Office of the CTO.
