What you will do
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Product Engineering team and lead strategic initiatives focused on AI-driven automation and quality engineering. This role is ideal for a seasoned TPM with a strong technical foundation, excellent program management skills, and hands-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms. You will drive execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence.
Who you will work with
You will be part of the Product Engineering - Testing and Shared Services Team, focusing on strengthening product quality before releasing to the customers. We enable both internal and external teams by offering various tools and services that increase productivity. Our team comprises brilliant minds with deep expertise in the product and platforms from a customer perspective. Our team’s strategic initiatives are focused on Automation and AI in testing, which are pivotal to enhancing product quality and accelerating delivery timelines.
You will be reporting to the Director, Software Engineering.
What makes you a qualified candidate
- 9+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering project leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and product engineering practices.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated influencing skills in a highly matrixed and geographically distributed organization.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms and their application in engineering workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Demonstrate capability and emotional intelligence to mentor team members effectively and contribute to team’s efficiency.
- Anticipate program or business needs and proactively direct teams.
What you will bring
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, translating strategy into tangible program outcomes.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Aha!, or similar.
- Project management certification and significant experience in agile work preferred.
- Skills in cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with senior leadership.
- A proactive approach, with a knack for identifying opportunities and simplifying processes to drive program efficiencies.
- Utilize interpersonal skills and influence to maximize team performance.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
