What You’ll Do
- Design user-centered experiences for enterprise SaaS applications across CRM, ERP, GCS, and Finance platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that guide development teams.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Work with global UX teams to ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
- Advocate for design thinking and user-first approaches within product and IT teams.
- Support agile teams by providing ready-to-implement designs aligned to sprint goals.
Who You’ll Work With
- Product Owners & Business Analysts – Understanding requirements and shaping user journeys.
- Developers & QA Teams – Collaborating to implement and validate UX designs in enterprise platforms.
- Global UX & Design Teams – Aligning on design systems, branding, and accessibility standards.
- Business Stakeholders (GTM, Finance, GCS, PS, Marketing, Legal) – Gathering input to ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Agile Teams – Participating in sprint planning, refinement, and reviews as part of daily delivery.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- 3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in wireframes, user flows, and interaction design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile and working in cross-functional product teams.
- Preferred: Experience designing for enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP).
