What You’ll Do

• Serve as a facilitator and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum/Agile principles and practices.
• Guide the team in self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and sprint-ready.
• Remove impediments and escalate blockers to keep delivery on track.
• Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability) to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative culture across distributed teams in India and globally.
• Support alignment with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi-team delivery models when required.

 Who You’ll Work With

• Agile Teams (Developers, QA, BAs, Product Owners) – Driving sprint execution and collaboration.
• Product Owners & Business Stakeholders – Aligning on priorities, backlog, and sprint goals.
• Engineering Managers & QA Leads – Coordinating dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Scrum Masters & Release Train Engineers – Collaborating across teams to deliver program-level commitments.
• Agile Coaches & Leadership – Supporting Agile maturity and organizational change initiatives.

 What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

• 3–6 years of professional experience with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Proven track record of guiding teams in Agile adoption and delivery.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS/IT platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP) is a plus.
• Preferred: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
