What You’ll Do

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
• Partner with global Product Owners, Architects, and Developers to align backlog items with strategic roadmaps.
• Manage and refine product backlog, ensuring readiness for sprint planning and development.
• Support end-to-end delivery by participating in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Provide clarity on requirements during development and testing, resolving blockers quickly.
• Validate features through UAT, ensuring they meet business expectations and system quality standards.
• Monitor and measure product performance, adoption, and value delivered post-release.

Who You’ll Work With

• Global Product Owners & Business Analysts – Collaborating to define business needs and feature scope.
• Engineering & QA Teams – Working closely with developers and testers in India to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Enterprise Platform Owners (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP, Finance platforms) – Aligning technical solutions with enterprise application strategies.
• Business Stakeholders (Finance, GTM, GCS, Marketing, Legal, PS) – Ensuring features meet functional needs and business outcomes.
• Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches – Driving Agile best practices and efficient delivery.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or IT delivery, with at least 2+ years as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks, with hands-on backlog management experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ERP systems.
• Ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development and testing.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and technical workflows—able to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, balancing global priorities with local execution.
• Preferred: CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent Agile certification.
