What You’ll Do

The Junior Customer Education Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of global Customer Education. This entry-level role focuses on supporting the planning and delivery of global customer enablement programs and driving operational efficiencies across various programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and educating customers, helping to drive product adoption through strategic educational initiatives. This role involves assisting with the operational aspects of training, including planning, scheduling, and facilitating customer-facing training and initiatives. The role also involves supporting multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

Who You’ll Work With

The coordinator will be part of the Global Customer Services Education & Enablement team and reports into Global Customer Education. The team is responsible for delivering customer training and enablement programs globally. This role involves collaboration with instructors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or professional discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • A high level of enthusiasm and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer education, training, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with documentation and workspace platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
