What you will do
- Partner directly with the Chief Technology Officer as a strategic thought partner, supporting the Office of the CTO in executing innovation initiatives and technology strategy
- Orchestrate complex global calendars, coordinating with executives across multiple time zones while protecting time for strategic priorities and focused work
- Participate in the preparation of agendas, board presentations, executive briefings, and strategic communications, ensuring materials are polished and deadlines are met
- Support the CTO in cross-functional initiatives between Product, Engineering, Research, and Strategy teams, tracking action items and ensuring follow-through on commitments
- Handle highly confidential matters including M&A discussions, competitive intelligence, and strategic partnerships with absolute discretion
- Manage complex international travel logistics, comprehensive expense tracking and reconciliation, and executive event planning
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and business partners to complete work efficiently and effectively
- Maintain and utilize appropriately in-depth knowledge of organizational operations, policies, and procedures
- Act as a communication bridge between the CTO and key stakeholders including board members, customers, partners, and internal leadership
- Support the optimization of office operations, helping implement systems and processes that enhance executive productivity
Who you will work with
You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and collaborate closely with the executive leadership team including the CEO, CPO, CFO, and their respective offices. As a member of the Office of the CTO, you'll interface with Product Management, Product Engineering, Advanced R&D teams, and strategic innovation groups. You'll also partner with executive assistants across the C-suite to ensure seamless coordination and build strong relationships with leaders at all levels globally. External interactions include key customers, technology partners, industry leaders, and industry analysts.
What makes you a qualified candidate
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in technology companies, ideally with exposure to CTO/CDO/CIO level support.
- Demonstrated excellence in managing complex, dynamic schedules across global time zones with competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft executive-level correspondence.
- Proven track record of handling highly sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, collaboration platforms (Teams/WebEx), and experience booking through corporate travel management systems.
- Experience coordinating strategic projects and tracking deliverables to completion.
What you will bring
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in technology sector considered.
- Acute attention to detail and independent conscientiousness and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to navigate competing requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud technology, or data analytics industries.
- Experience supporting executives through M&A activities, board interactions, or strategic transformations.
- Strong business acumen with ability to follow technical discussions and capture key points.
- Expertise in international travel coordination, visa management, and cultural protocol.
- Proficiency with Workday, Navan Travel, Oracle ERP, and other tools.
- Natural ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and surface them proactively.
- Executive presence with polish, professionalism, and diplomatic communication style.
- Growth mindset with continuous improvement orientation and eagerness to learn about technology trends.
