  • You will be the voice of the customer to other product managers and engineering to ensure everyone understands the what and the why of the roadmap we are building.
  • You will define the product roadmap for core capability areas of Vantage.
  • You will work with product owners to articulate the specifics of a feature and the value it delivers thru user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • You will build deep domain experience in cloud databases.
  • You will measure everything and make decisions based on data.
  • You will work with intelligent and dedicated people from around the globe.
  • You will roll your sleeves up, get your hands dirty, and have fun.

Qualifications: The basics

  • 10+ years of experience working for a software company, including:
  •  Experience in databases, data warehouses, data management or analytics.
  • Experience working on a large, complex software platform involving many teams.
  • Experience working for a SaaS and/or cloud company.
  • Experience creating business cases and managing business metrics.
  • 5+ years with a proven track record as a product manager delivering products to enterprise customers.
  • Ability to engage numerous stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and be accountable for decisions that result in the highest business and customer value.
  • Exceptional leadership with the proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Outcome oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to specific details.
  • A team mindset and the ability to adapt.
  • Experience with cloud-based, agile development.

Qualifications: Things that will set you apart

  • Experience in software engineering, marketing, consulting, support or sales.
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Completed or pursuing an MBA.
  • Industry expertise in one or more verticals.
