Key Areas of Responsibility

Logical Data Modeling – typically in 3NF
Physical Data Modeling– building out table structures and indexes within the Teradata RDBMS.
Semantic Modeling
Data Profiling

Skills

In depth knowledge of business processes and business information models.
In depth knowledge of data modeling methodologies and techniques.
In depth knowledge of the ERwin data modeling tool.
In depth knowledge of facilitation and conflict resolution processes.
Knowledge of Architecture Principles, Advocated Positions, Design Patterns, and Implementation Alternatives.
Understanding of the Teradata Reference Information Architecture and the Unified Data Architecture
Work with the appropriate project management methodology (Agile or Waterfall) based upon customer and project requirements

任职要求

计算机、数学、统计学或相关专业本科及以上学历；
5年以上工作经验，至少精通perl、shell与SQL，掌握Teradata解决方案、Teradata关系数据库；熟悉数据仓库相关领域关系型数据库实施经验；
具有优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具备强烈的进取心，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情；
思路清晰，逻辑严谨，有良好的表达能力、沟通能力、团队协调能力，能够在压力环境下工作；
能适应50%以上时间长期出差，并在客户现场工作。
