What You'll Do
Teradata is looking for a Manager, Field Marketing predominantly focused on Southeast-Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea. This role directly supports regional sales teams in executing high-impact ABM and demand generation programs that accelerate the sales cycle, generate net new pipeline, and strengthen customer preference for Teradata's solutions.
This is a hands-on execution role with the expectation to partner with key stakeholders to develop marketing plans aligned to business priorities across a diverse, multi-market geography. The ideal candidate understands both direct and indirect sales environments and can adapt programs accordingly — whether activating through Teradata's own sales teams or through channel and partner networks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive demand generation activity across the region through a mix of digital programs, field events, partner marketing, and content syndication — with clear pipeline contribution targets
- Coordinate asset and campaign delivery into ABM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Influ2, Eloqua) ensuring content is correctly structured for account-level and industry-vertical targeting
- Work closely with regional sales leadership and SDR teams to align marketing activity to pipeline goals, and create field enablement materials, outreach templates, and call campaign assets that improve lead-to-meeting conversion
- Enable localized campaign execution, content adaptation, and industry and partner messaging suited to Southeast Asian, Taiwanese, and South Korean markets
- Design and execute ABM programs targeting named and cluster accounts across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and South Korea — including buying committee mapping, account-level content activation, and multi-touch digital sequences
- Plan and manage regional field and virtual events end-to-end, including Cvent build, promotion, and post-event asset management
- Provide social media support for local leaders and subject matter experts
- Coordinate stakeholder input for the regional marketing calendar, weekly Sales/SDR updates, and regular regional marketing performance reviews
- Proactively manage the regional marketing calendar and budget
- Support channel and partner marketing activity, including co-branded campaigns and MDF utilization in indirect sales markets
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed
Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and South Korea go-to-market teams, regional sales leadership, channel partners, and local and global marketing colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing, demand generation, or ABM
- Regional marketing experience across Southeast Asia; familiarity with Taiwan and/or South Korea markets a plus
- Experience in B2B enterprise software, data, analytics, or AI
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing field and virtual events
- Understanding of both direct and indirect (channel/partner) sales environments
- Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative mindset
- Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written) required; additional Southeast Asian languages a plus
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record of building and executing ABM programs for enterprise sales teams — including named account targeting, buying committee engagement, and account-level content strategies
- Hands-on demand generation experience: nurture cadences, intent data, content syndication, and digital campaign execution
- Experience working within or alongside indirect sales channels, including partner co-marketing and MDF management
- Familiarity with ABM and marketing automation platforms (Influ2, Eloqua, or equivalents) and CRM reporting in Salesforce
- Experience building integrated marketing plans for a high-tech company; data, analytics, and AI background a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions and cultures
