What You'll Do
Teradata is looking for a Manager, Field Marketing focused on Latin America (LATAM). This role directly supports the LATAM sales team in executing high-impact ABM and demand generation programs that accelerate the sales cycle, generate net new pipeline, and strengthen customer preference for Teradata's solutions across a large and diverse region.
This is a hands-on execution role with the expectation to partner with key stakeholders to develop marketing plans and activities aligned to business priorities and Teradata's vision across the LATAM sales unit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive demand generation activity across the region through a mix of digital programs, field events, partner marketing, and content syndication — with clear pipeline contribution targets
- Coordinate asset and campaign delivery into ABM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Influ2, Eloqua) ensuring content is correctly structured for account-level and industry-vertical targeting
- Work closely with LATAM sales leadership and SDR teams to align marketing activity to pipeline goals, and create field enablement materials, outreach templates, and call campaign assets that improve lead-to-meeting conversion
- Enable localized campaign execution, content adaptation, and industry messaging suited to Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets across the region
- Design and execute ABM programs targeting named and cluster accounts across LATAM — including buying committee mapping, account-level content activation, and multi-touch digital sequences in both Spanish and Portuguese
- Plan and manage regional field and virtual events end-to-end, including Cvent build, promotion, and post-event asset management
- Provide social media support for local leaders and subject matter experts across LATAM
- Coordinate stakeholder input for the LATAM marketing calendar, weekly Sales/SDR updates, and regular regional marketing performance reviews
- Proactively manage the regional marketing calendar and budget
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed
Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with LATAM go-to-market teams, regional sales leadership, and local and global marketing colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing, demand generation, or ABM
- Regional marketing experience across Latin America, with an understanding of the diversity of the region's markets
- Experience in B2B enterprise software, data, analytics, or AI
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing field and virtual events
- Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative mindset
- Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written) required
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record of building and executing ABM programs for enterprise sales teams — including named account targeting, buying committee engagement, and account-level content strategies
- Hands-on demand generation experience: nurture cadences, intent data, content syndication, and digital campaign execution
- Familiarity with ABM and marketing automation platforms (Influ2, Eloqua, or equivalents) and CRM reporting in Salesforce
- Experience building integrated marketing plans for a high-tech company; data, analytics, and AI background a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Strong execution and project management skills with close attention to detail
- Experience managing in-person and virtual events across multiple markets
- Understanding of direct and indirect sales environments
