Account Executive, Taiwan Existing Business
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, Taiwan Existing Business, you will be responsible for driving growth, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of Teradata's strategic customers in Taiwan. You will serve as a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them unlock business value through AI, advanced analytics, cloud modernization, and enterprise data solutions.
You will develop and execute account strategies focused on strengthening executive relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing customer adoption of Teradata's solutions. Working in close partnership with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Consulting, and Partner teams, you will ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes while driving sustainable revenue growth.
Success in this role means consistently exceeding sales targets, expanding Teradata's footprint within existing accounts, and establishing long-term strategic relationships with business and technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts across Taiwan.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Develop strategic account plans that align customer priorities with Teradata solutions.
- Identify expansion opportunities across business units, use cases, and emerging initiatives.
- Drive pipeline generation, territory planning, forecasting accuracy, and revenue attainment.
- Lead complex sales cycles involving AI, analytics, cloud, and data modernization solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Consulting teams to maximize customer value and retention.
- Partner with ecosystem and technology partners to accelerate customer outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer business priorities.
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of Teradata's North East Asia (NEA) Sales organization and work closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, Consulting professionals, Product teams, Marketing, and strategic partners.
Together, the team helps customers accelerate digital transformation initiatives and realize the full value of trusted AI and enterprise analytics solutions. This role operates within Teradata's collaborative account team model and contributes directly to customer growth and success.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- 5+ years of enterprise software or technology sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding strategic customer accounts.
- Experience selling complex software, cloud, data, analytics, or AI solutions.
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong executive engagement and relationship management capabilities.
