What You’ll Do
As part of the Order Management & Billing (OMB) team, this role supports accurate and timely order booking, customer setup, cloud marketplace transactions, invoicing readiness, reporting continuity, and operational improvement activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn multiple systems and processes, and the ability to coordinate across teams to resolve issues and support business priorities.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Add and maintain new customer addresses needed to support order booking, fulfillment, invoicing, and related downstream processes.
- Create, update, and support orders in cloud marketplace environments for cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud (GCP), in accordance with defined OMB processes and business requirements.
- Learn and execute assigned Order Management & Billing reporting activities across Power BI, Salesforce, Oracle, and related tools; provide backup support for the reporting leader when needed.
- Support data validation, tracking, and follow-up activities related to cloud customers, marketplace/private offers, invoicing readiness, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, including projects being explored or executed by the AI team using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other approved tools.
- Communicate clearly with OMB team members, Sales Operations, IT, Finance, and other business partners to support timely resolution of order, customer setup, billing, and reporting items.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, order management procedures, data handling expectations, and audit requirements.
- Perform other responsibilities and special projects as needed.

The role will work with OMB team members, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to help ensure customer and order information is complete, accurate, and available in the appropriate systems.

- Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and help resolve order setup, customer address, cloud marketplace, invoicing, or reporting issues.
- Ability to think creatively, adapt well to change, and contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled project work.
- Excellent work attendance records and habits.
This position is considered a hybrid flexible work environment role located in Mexico City. Working hours should support collaboration with a global organization and may require occasional meetings outside standard local business hours. Overtime or weekend work may sometimes be required during month-end, quarter-end, year-end, major system releases, or other critical business periods.
What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in order management, billing, customer master/data maintenance, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a related operational support role.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI, cloud marketplace/private offer processes with cloud service providers.
- Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, data validation, process documentation, audit/compliance activities, or automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, or a strong willingness to learn how these tools can support operational efficiency.
