What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing impactful analytics solutions that enable the Go-To-Market organization to make data-driven decisions. You will build Power BI reports, dashboards, and dataflows that deliver clear, actionable insights across sales performance, operational effectiveness, market trends, and strategic business priorities.

You will partner closely with the data warehouse team to help shape reporting strategy, support the development of new semantic views, and enable the integration of new source data. Your work will help improve the scalability, reliability, and usability of analytics solutions across the business.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders across Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and other teams to frame complex business problems, break them down into key components, and deliver insights that support critical decisions. This includes collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, including market data, competitive insights, internal performance metrics, and qualitative business input.

Success in this role will require strong analytical thinking, technical depth, and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Who You’ll Work With

You will join the Go-To-Market Insights and Analytics team, reporting to the team manager. The role will primarily support the Go-To-Market organization while working cross-functionally with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and additional business partners.

You will act as a key analytics partner to stakeholders across the company, representing the Sales Operations organization in cross-functional initiatives and helping teams use data more effectively to inform strategy, improve execution, and drive business results.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or another STEM-related field.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Advanced SQL writing capabilities.
  • Strong background in data modeling and building scalable data architecture.
  • Ability to leverage AI-driven technologies and machine learning frameworks to support analytics and decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting data science and AI-related projects.
  • Experience with at least one programming language and working knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience working with Salesforce data.
  • Experience in the technology industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce Analytics, SSAS, and Teradata.
  • Understanding of enterprise data architecture requirements for scalable analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and business actions.
