Accounts Receivables and Collections Analyst with French and Arabic

Work You’ll Do

Collection Activities  

  • Proactively manage collection of debt on assigned country portfolio, using established business rules, processes and methodology 
  • Prioritise and manage a challenging workload, whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction 
  • Ensure that all communications – both internal and external are accurately documented 
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting and account reconciliations  
  • Work as part of the Collections team to drive best practice in Collections activities, to improve DSO and cash-flow, and minimise ageing debt 
  • Month end reporting and reconciliations 

Accounts Receivable Activities 

  • Ensure that all unresolved / unidentified receipts are closed on a timely basis 
  • Ensure that receipts are applied timely and accurately to each customer’s account. 
  • Manual Journal and adjustment postings (Refunds, Tax Adjustments, Bank Charges, Discounts, Small Amount write-offs) 
  • Month-End Activities – including cash reconciliations and reporting  
  • Assist in various requests associated with cash/receipts during walkthroughs and audit
  • Prepare any ad-hoc reports as requested

Who You’ll Work With

You will report into the EMEA Collections Manager who will assign monthly targets. You will be in charge of the timely resolution of queries / disputes by liaising with both the external and our internal customers (Business Units, Sales, Billing Teams, Treasury)

The pay rate below reflects the primary posting location of Czechia.

Pay Rate: CZK 650,100.00 - CZK 812,600.00 - CZK 975,100.00 Annually

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
