What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and planning strategic, partner-driven programs that accelerate Teradata’s product capabilities through Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships. 

You will orchestrate execution across 10+ cross-functional teams, driving delivery of customer-facing features, integrations, and partnership initiatives from concept through launch. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading complex programs, managing interdependencies, and collaborating with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, TPM, Infrastructure, Field/GTM/Sales and external partnership organization to ensure successful outcomes. 

A key aspect of this role is navigating ambiguity, driving clarity in loosely defined problem spaces, and ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders while maintaining strong execution discipline. 

The impact of this role is to deliver faster innovation and differentiated value for Teradata's customers. The role will drive end-to-end delivery of partnership-driven product initiatives, ensuring successful launch of ISV-integrated capabilities and overseeing the full product introduction lifecycle.  

Accelerate innovation through co-development and external partner integration while improving time-to-market and predictability via strong dependency management and execution rigor. Ensure customer value realization by aligning product capabilities to business outcomes, strengthening Teradata’s partner ecosystem and market differentiation. 

Operate as a trusted integrator across teams, driving alignment, accountability, and focus on high-impact outcomes. Role impact is ultimately defined by enabling day-one revenue at launch through strong stakeholder alignment on launch criteria, incorporation of customer feedback, and delivery of high-quality, launch-ready assets across teams. 

What success looks like:   

  • Shape and execute program strategy by translating partnership goals into measurable customer and business outcomes 
  • Adopt and adapt project management processes, practices and tools to balance agility, speed, risk, compliance. Bring a mindset of iterative and incremental delivery to seek rapid feedback from the field / customers. Create an environment of continuous improvement.  
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream programs, managing scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies across 10+ Teradata and partner teams 
  • Build and maintain integrated program plans across Product, Engineering, TPM, GTM, and partner organizations 
  • Proactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks, ensuring smooth execution 
  • Provide clear, concise executive-level communications, including status updates, business reviews, and program summaries 
  • Act as a central integrator and trusted advisor across internal teams and external ISV partners 
  • Deliver high-quality launches of customer-facing features and integrations 

Who You’ll Work With

This requires someone adept at integrating efforts and activities across many leadership levels and organizations, including regular engagement with managers and senior leaders from product management, product engineering, field/sales enablement, technical enablement, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, IT, external partners and more.   

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management within the technology industry, including global, cross-functional environments 
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex programs across 10+ teams, driving alignment and execution 
  • Strong expertise in dependency management, orchestrating multiple interdependent workstreams with precision 
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Product, Engineering, TPM, Infrastructure, and GTM/Sales organizations 
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, bringing structure, clarity, and direction to evolving problem spaces 
  • Excellent executive communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to translate complex initiatives into business impact 
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority 
  • Deep understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies to enable iterative, outcome-driven delivery 
  • Strategic mindset, connecting program execution to customer value and business outcomes 
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted integrator and leader, ensuring alignment, accountability, and focus on high-impact priorities 
  • Bachelor’s degree required 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in partnership ecosystems, particularly ISVs or technology alliances  
  • Familiarity with data platforms, cloud, or analytics ecosystems  
  • Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe) or PMP preferred 
  • Experience delivering customer-facing features, integrations, or platform capabilities  
  • Advanced degree preferred

Pay Rate: $169,400.00 - $211,700.00 - $254,100.00 Annually

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
