What You’ll Do

The Director, Partner Sales Executive (PSE) for Benelux, Iberia & France is accountable for driving partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline and revenue across one of Teradata’s most strategic European regions.

This role acts as the senior partner leader for the BeFrI territory, owning executive‑level partner relationships, joint go‑to‑market execution, and strategic deal acceleration in close alignment with regional Sales Leadership, Industry Leaders, and Global Alliances.

The Director PSE operates as a field‑facing growth leader, not a support role—responsible for translating Teradata’s global and EMEA partner strategies into measurable regional outcomes.

Who You’ll Work With

You will partner closely with regional sales leadership, solution engineering, marketing, global alliances, and ecosystem teams. You will collaborate deeply with field and executive teams across BeNeLux, Iberia & France to build joint plans, run governance, and unlock strategic workloads.
This position reports to the VP, Partners & Alliances, EMEA.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

Territory Partner Leadership (BeNeLux, Iberia & France)

  • Serve as the senior Partner leader for the BeFrI region, acting as the primary executive point of contact for strategic partners operating across these countries. 
  • Own regional partner strategy aligned to EMEA priorities, including market coverage, industry focus, and partner segmentation.
  • Actively shape territory plans with Regional VPs, Sales Leaders, and Industry Leaders, ensuring partners are embedded in account strategies—not engaged opportunistically.

Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

  • Be accountable for partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline, bookings, and forecast outcomes across the region, consistent with FY26 Partner Fast Start role expectations.
  • Drive joint account planning and execution with priority SI, ISV, Cloud, and Technology partners.
  • Lead strategic deal acceleration, including executive alignment, partner orchestration, and competitive positioning through deal closure.

Partner Go‑To‑Market Execution

  • Localize and execute Global and EMEA partner programs within the BeFrI region, ensuring relevance to local market dynamics and execution discipline.
  • Lead joint demand generation initiatives, partner‑led campaigns, and targeted industry plays that create qualified pipeline.
  • Ensure consistent usage of Partner Business Plans and joint execution cadences.

Alliance & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Global Alliance leaders (e.g., hyperscalers, global SIs, strategic ISVs) to align regional priorities with global motions.
  • Execute regional governance for key partners, including pipeline reviews, QBRs, and executive checkpoints.
  • Represent Teradata in executive‑level partner forums and ecosystem initiatives across France, Benelux, Spain, and Portugal.

Operating Rigor & Forecast Discipline

  • Maintain strong forecasting accuracy for partner pipelines and opportunities.
  • Ensure partner activity, opportunity influence, and deal progress are clearly tracked in Salesforce and partner reporting dashboards.
  • Bring data‑driven insights to leadership on partner performance, whitespace, and execution gaps.

What You’ll Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated success driving multi‑country partner strategies and complex co‑sell motions in Europe.
  • Strong experience working with SIs, ISVs, and Cloud/hyperscale partners.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at C‑level and VP‑level with both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise analytics, data platforms, cloud, and AI go‑to‑market motions.
  • Fluent in French language
