We are looking for a skilled Senior UI/UX  Engineer with solid Angular expertise and hands-on experience in Change Management and Orchestration tooling. In this role, you will be an individual contributor who designs and builds high-quality, scalable Angular applications that support complex change management workflows and orchestration-driven operations — working closely with leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust frontend solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Angular components and modules supporting change management and orchestration workflows.
  • Build intuitive UI experiences for complex, multi-step orchestration processes, ensuring usability, clarity, and responsiveness.
  • Integrate Angular applications with backend orchestration engines and workflow APIs, handling complex state and asynchronous data flows.
  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code adhering to established frontend coding standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups as part of an Agile development team.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
  • Contribute to performance optimization efforts including lazy loading, change detection strategies, and bundle size management.
  • Support CI/CD pipeline integration for frontend builds, unit tests, and automated deployment processes.
  • Implement and maintain frontend access control patterns including RBAC, ABAC, and Azure AD / SSO integrations.
  • Conduct code reviews and actively contribute to improving team engineering practices and frontend standards.

Who You'll Work With

  • UI Team Lead — to receive technical guidance, align on architecture decisions, and deliver against sprint goals.
  • Orchestration & Workflow Engineers — to understand process requirements and build frontend solutions that surface and control change operations.
  • Backend / API Engineers — to consume and integrate APIs, coordinate data contracts, and resolve integration challenges.
  • UX / Design Team — to implement design system components and ensure accessible, user-friendly experiences.
  • QA / Automation Engineers — to support testability, write unit tests, and assist with end-to-end test coverage.
  • DevOps / Platform Teams — to align on build pipelines, deployment practices, and enterprise infrastructure requirements.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • 4+ years of professional frontend development experience with a strong focus on Angular applications in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Angular (v14+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management libraries such as NgRx or Akita.
  • Hands-on experience building UIs for change management, workflow orchestration, or process automation platforms.
  • Solid understanding of component-driven architecture, reusable UI libraries, and Angular best practices.
  • Experience integrating Angular applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, including handling complex asynchronous workflows.
  • Working knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns — OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, ABAC, and Azure AD / SSO.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible frontend applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, frontend build tooling, and Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

What You'll Bring

  • Engineering Depth — Strong Angular fundamentals and a passion for writing clean, performant, and maintainable frontend code.
  • Orchestration Awareness — An ability to understand complex change and orchestration workflows and translate them into intuitive UI experiences.
  • Collaborative Nature — A team-first attitude with a willingness to work closely with leads, backend engineers, designers, and QA.
  • Attention to Detail — A commitment to UI quality, accessibility, and consistency across every component and workflow you build.
  • Problem-Solving Drive — A proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving frontend challenges in complex, state-heavy applications.
  • Growth Mindset — An eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve both technically and professionally.
  • Ownership & Reliability — A dependable work ethic with accountability for the quality and timely delivery of your work.
