What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a curious, Augmented Analytics-minded Business Intelligence Analyst I to join the Services Analytics Team. If you’re excited to turn raw data into decision-ready insight—using SQL, Prompt Engineering, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Claude, N8N, ServiceNow,—and you want to learn fast in a collaborative, high-impact environment, let’s talk! You’re eager to explore data structures and basic data modeling, tell clear stories with visuals, and contribute to outcomes that matter. You bring a growth mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and build reports and dashboards in Power BI and ServiceNow and Agentic AI use cases.
- Analyze data results and communicate findings in a simple and concise format to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT to understand the customer support and services data architecture.
- Build end-to-end reporting packages that “tell a story” with clear take-aways and action that drive expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to create Agentic solutions.
- Assist customer-facing delivery resources to translate complex technical subjects into business-friendly reports, agents and solutions.
- Research and find solutions for issues related to the reporting environment.
- Assist in ServiceNow platform implementation efforts related to reporting and Performance Analytics.
Who You’ll Work With
You will work closely with the business and technical teams to ensure the project delivery meets the business requirements.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Excellent English Skills: verbal, written, and visual presentations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or another related discipline.
- Experienced in collecting user requirements with the ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into solutions in Power BI or ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated aptitude writing complex SQL statements and an understanding of logical and physical data modeling.
- 1+ years of industry experience authoring BI report solutions with Microsoft Power BI platform.
- Versed in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel (experience coding in VBA a plus).
- Ability to work in teams and as an individual contributor – strong consultative and consensus-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, N8N, Copilot, etc.).
- Experience with other BI tools (BusinessObjects/Cognos, Tableau, Grafana, etc.).
- Experience with statistical methodologies and software.
- Understand agile methodologies such as scrums, development sprints, demos, and sprint reviews.
- Experience with database operations, server management or other IT support functions.
