What You'll Do

In this role, you will help lead the technical strategy, planning, and execution of Teradata’s cross-functional engineering and AI initiatives. You will support alignment between architecture, product management, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that power Teradata’s VantageCloud and ClearScape Analytics platforms.

You will apply a data-driven approach to technical program delivery—ensuring execution predictability, operational excellence, and quality outcomes across the software and systems lifecycle. Success in this role looks like effective delivery of programs that advance our platform capabilities, accelerate AI adoption, and enable innovation across the company.

You will also use foundational AI skills to explore and implement ways AI can enhance productivity, innovation, and impact across our workforce.

You’ll also engage with Security, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure readiness and adoption.

This role reports to the SVP Engineering, AI, Analytics, Apps, and UX, and will play a key role in driving alignment between product vision and technical execution.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues who share a commitment to leveraging AI responsibly, ensuring our people and customers benefit from the opportunities AI creates.

What You Will Bring

You bring a balance of technical knowledge, program leadership, and strategic thinking.
