In this role you will…
Manage collections activities across an assigned country portfolio, ensuring timely debt recovery and effective resolution of customer queries and disputes.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account reconciliations while working to strict monthly targets.
Support improvements in DSO, cash flow, and ageing debt by contributing to best practices within the Collections team.
Perform core Accounts Receivable responsibilities including timely application of receipts, journal postings, adjustments, and month-end reconciliations.
Achieve success in this role by delivering accurate, timely AR and collections work while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Operate as part of the broader Finance organization, partnering closely with Collections, Billing, Sales, Treasury, and Business Units to ensure smooth AR and cash-flow operations.
Play a critical role in maintaining financial health through effective collections management and accurate accounts receivable processing.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues, support audits, and ensure clean, compliant financial records.
This position reports to the Americas Collections Manager.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Prior collections experience.
Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and targets.
Strong working knowledge of Excel.
A strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
Clear and effective communication skills when working with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Experience with reconciliations, journal adjustments, and AR-related reporting.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support audits, walkthroughs, and ad-hoc financial requests.
