Director, Partner Sales Executive – Australia / New Zealand and Regional CSP Alliance lead

What You’ll Do
As the Director, Partner Sales Executive (PSE) for Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) and Regional CSP Alliance Lead, you will drive strategy, execution, and executive engagement across the region. You will lead strategic engagement with Cloud Services Providers (CSP) in APJ, ANZ and LATAM, architect and execute a unified partner strategy connecting CSPs with ISVs, GSIs, and local ecosystem players, and own the CSP partner pipeline. You will serve as the Partner Sales Executive for ANZ, executing joint offerings with partners and leveraging Teradata and partner program assets and resources.
Your impact will be seen in the growth of partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, new logo identification, and revenue targets through joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling motions, and partner-led campaigns. Success in this role means driving strategic deals to closure, localizing global programs for the ANZ market, and orchestrating scalable tri-party plays that unlock repeatable demand across markets.
Who You’ll Work With
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineers, analytics & industry sales specialists, customer success and renewal teams, and global partner program and alliance teams. The role requires building and maintaining senior relationships across CSP leadership and key partner executives, and working closely with ANZ, JP and Latam sales leadership. You will report to the Head of Partner Sales Growth Markets and ANZ, Japan.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
What You’ll Bring
Track record in AI product and analytics solution campaign management or experience working with regional systems integrators, consulting firms, resellers, distributors, and cloud providers. Experience in strategy, business planning formulation, and execution with measurable results. Ability to manage complex selling environments and align objectives between partners and Teradata. Exceptional interpersonal skills and strategic sense. Ability to develop presentations and materials, support sales calls, and maintain best practices on campaign management.
