What You'll Do
- Responsible for providing support to the Deferred Revenue Manager and Corporate organizations
- Performing routine Deferred Revenue accounting, reporting, and analysis functions to support the close process
- Prepare roll forward schedules to support Deferred Revenue balances
- Prepare Deferred Revenue analysis report and provide analysis support to Deferred Revenue Manager
- Provide knowledgeable and timely user support on the current Revenue system and global processes
- Perform monthly accounting close activities in current Revenue System for assigned functional areas
- Assist with current Revenue system integration/training tasks as needed
- Support company internal and external audits
- Ensure processes and controls are in compliance with SOX requirements
- Participate in other ad hoc accounting initiatives as assigned by manager
- Resolve daily production issues and testing code fixes independently
- Experience with module testing for process improvements, new feature releases, and new system implementations

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls
- Proficient with MS Office products with advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, well organized with strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work with high volumes of data
- Experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion and/or Business Objects a plus
- Demonstrated financial/analytical skills gained through formal education or work experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Oracle Hyperion a plus
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
