What you’ll do

This role will require you to:

• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent agentic systems that autonomously plan, reason, and execute complex workflows.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and Flowise.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware responses.
• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable dynamic context management across agentic workflows.
• Write efficient, scalable, and clean code primarily in Python, with optional use of Go or Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new agentic features in an Agile development environment.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of deployed agents and supporting services.
• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless deployment and iterative development.
• Monitor and optimize agent performance, including reasoning efficiency, latency, token usage, and telemetry data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent behavior, orchestration, and integration.
• Provide support to Customer Support and Operations teams for agent-related incidents and enhancements.

This role is an Individual Contributor position, closely collaborating with team members and reporting to the Engineering Manager.

What makes you a qualified candidate

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML or intelligent systems development.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or Flowise.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs.
• Experience working in Linux environments and containerized setups using Docker.
• Proven experience in one or more public cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, or VS Code extensions.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) development and integration.
• Experience implementing and optimizing RAG pipelines for intelligent agents.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
