Support the administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, workflows, flows, and validation rules to support business users.
Develop and maintain basic Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) under senior developer guidance.
Support system integrations, data imports/exports, and routine platform maintenance activities.
Help with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of user issues.
Participate in QA/UAT testing, documenting changes, and ensuring smooth deployments.
Collaborate with global Salesforce and business teams to gather requirements and deliver small enhancements.
Learn and grow into advanced Salesforce development and platform specialization.
Who You’ll Work With
Senior Salesforce Admins & Developers – Receiving mentorship and guidance on platform best practices.
Product Owners & Business Analysts – Supporting requirement gathering and testing cycles.
QA & Release Teams – Ensuring changes are validated, documented, and deployed smoothly.
Exposure to Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Familiarity with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
Understanding of CRM concepts and enterprise processes (Leads, Opportunities, Service, Cases).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) or Platform App Builder certification.
