Our Internship Program
Our Mexico Intern program starts in September ending in March, initially. We offer a fast-paced, flexible, fun environment where you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and face new challenges. Our culture isn’t just about one kind of person. So many individuals make up who we are, making us that much more unique. This is what sets apart the dynamic, diverse, and collaborative environment that is Teradata.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a UX Design and Research Intern to join our team and help develop intuitive, data-driven user experiences across our platform. This role is perfect for someone passionate about solving complex problems through Design Thinking and user empathy.
As an intern, you will participate in both generative and evaluative research activities, conduct user interviews, synthesize findings, and support the creation of user personas and journey maps. You will also assist in designing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that align user needs with business objectives. You will gain exposure to the entire product design process, from discovery to delivery, while receiving mentorship from experienced team members.
Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to explore user needs, sketch and prototype ideas, and validate solutions through usability testing and feedback.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
What You Will Bring
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should have a basic understanding of design tools (like Figma), qualitative research methods, and user-centered design principles. Whether you are a design student or transitioning into Product Design from another field, we welcome diverse perspectives and a strong desire to learn.
