What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Project Manager to join our global security team. This role supports the successful planning, execution, and reporting of cross-functional security initiatives, particularly those tied to regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, and enterprise security operations.
The ideal candidate brings a structured project management approach, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of security or compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of cross-functional security initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined objectives.
• Coordinate project tasks, resources, and dependencies to improve delivery consistency.
• Monitor risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support the execution of compliance-related initiatives such as IRAP, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001.
• Track and report on project progress using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document project requirements, success metrics, and timelines.
• Contribute to planning, resource tracking, and budget alignment for security programs.
• Support regular stakeholder updates and briefings, including executive-level reporting.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and accountability within the team.
• Perform other responsibilities or special projects as assigned.

Who You'll Work With

This role works closely with Legal, IT, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, providing structure and accountability across multiple workstreams.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Security, or a related field preferred.
    • PMP certification preferred or currently in progress.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing technical or security-related projects.
    • Experience supporting compliance, audit readiness, or risk reduction initiatives. Preferred.
    • Awareness of core cybersecurity principles and ability to align program delivery with business needs.

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects in a technical or security-oriented environment.
    • Familiarity with project governance and delivery of compliance or risk-driven programs.
    • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to resolve. competing priorities.
    • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Understanding of or willingness to learn security frameworks and standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, IRAP, and ISO 27001.
    • Ability to translate technical information into clear action plans and deliverables.
    • Experience working in a distributed, virtual team environment.
    • Confidence presenting project updates to leadership and translating operational data into actionable insights.
