What You'll Do
As a Learning & Development Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of global enablement and training initiatives. You’ll manage and coordinate learning programs, including course creation, translation, and event logistics, ensuring alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of learning projects and events
- Assisting with stakeholder communication and issue resolution
- Maintaining and communicating project status updates
- Producing progress reports and supporting project close-out debriefings
- Collaborating with instructional designers to develop engaging learning content
- Supporting translation efforts to meet local learning needs
- Experimenting with new learning approaches and technologies
- Transforming virtual instructor-led training (VILT) into interactive web-based training (WBT) formats
Who You'll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, global stakeholders, and subject matter experts. Your role will involve frequent communication with internal partners across multiple time zones and cultures to ensure learning solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Ability to work across time zones and with diverse cultures
