  • Support HC actuals vs. forecast reviews, coordinating with managers and regional leads.
  • Prepare and update various reports (Cloud P&L, Demo/POC, Shared Cost allocations).
  • Execute and validate AGIS and US Journal Entries through PCM rule execution.
  • Clean up and maintain data sources (Flexera, customer mapping, catalog updates).
  • Support financial planning cycles (Annual Plan, Forecast updates) with infrastructure cost projections.
  • Coordinate and support cloud cost presentations (e.g., Q Cloud Decks) and executive reporting.
  • Identify and lead automation or process improvement opportunities across systems and reports.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and participate in meetings to explain variances, logic changes, or strategic implications.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate closely with:

  • Corporate FP&A and Regional Finance Teams
  • Cloud Operations and Engineering teams
  • Systems and IT partners (for data integrity and tooling)
  • Business stakeholders in charge of infrastructure cost, HC planning, and chargebacks

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
