What You’ll Do

  • Participation & support of UNIT sales management cadence
  • Aligned to specific Sales UNIT’s
  • Ownership of WW projects and initiatives
  • Part of a team of 4/5 analysts working for a Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce.com management: Contact Records, Aged Opportunity management, User permissions, ARR Category Changes, Duplicated accounts
  • Build, manage, and optimize Power BI dashboards to support sales performance tracking and forecasting. Connect and integrate multiple data sources (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, SharePoint) into Power BI for automated reporting.
  • Maintain and manage CRM data quality through regular audits and reports. Boostup Opportunity Pathing updates
  • Support day-to-day sales operations activities including pipeline hygiene, territory alignment, quota tracking, and reporting.
  • Support the annual territory planning process in conjunction with the UNIT Sales Operations Managers (SOMS)
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
  • Support Unit SOMS with data and analysis prep for unit and functional quarterly business reviews
  • Reporting to Right Shore Operations Team Leader

 Minimum Requirements

  • Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with operations teams, collaborating departments, and upper management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and database software tools (PowerBI, etc.) for daily tasks, including running and interrogating reports, updating logic and filters, and creating new reporting views

 What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience in a relevant sales operations role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields (finance, statistics, reporting)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Power BI certification or relevant training (would be an added advantage).
