What You’ll Do

  • OMA will be responsible for executing Asia Pacific orders with complete data accuracy, focusing on key accounts such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China, as well as other countries across the region.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, provides accurate, timely support to internal teams and identifies and mitigates order blocks, credit issues or system discrepancies.
  • Resolving issues related to orders and invoices, identifying opportunities to improve the O2C process and efficiency and ensuring order transactions are understood and executed properly.

 

 

Who You’ll Work With

  • Working closely with Sales & Pricing teams across APJ region.
  • Identify all elements of a transaction for analysis, generating and managing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • You will be reporting to Manager of the Order Management and Billing team based in Malaysia.

 

 

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required (spoken and written)
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Detail oriented and process driven

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle), SFDC and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
