What You’ll Do
The COE Solutions Delivery Lead is a thought leader and a Project Delivery expert who would be responsible for establishing and managing the Core Delivery Team of Solutions COE SMEs/Technical Leads/Architects. He/she would work with the COE Region Solution Leads, Teradata Delivery Teams and Teradata Account Teams to develop and manage the Solution Delivery Methodology/Assets and assume accountability (technical) for the Project Delivery. He/she would be responsible for –
• successful delivery of solutions per the expected delivery & quality metrics,
• continuous improvement in delivery efficiency target metrics
• high CSAT
• building a COE project delivery, supporting and taking technical accountability for the Project executions and building a team of SMEs/Delivery Experts, across COE/GSIH/Region Services Delivery Team
• Field Enablement for the delivery team
This role will require strong technical management skills, project delivery and governance skills, team building, mentoring and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Teradata Solutions Strategy and Teradata Technology, Data Architecture and an understanding of the partner engagement model.

This role will directly report to Teradata’s Head of Solution COE.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical accountability for the project delivery executions
• Conceptualize and Build an Execution (across COE/GSIH/Region Services Delivery Team), to support and scale project executions and be accountable for the technical delivery of the projects
• Establish program and project delivery frameworks (technical areas)
• Conduct periodic governance reviews on the various delivery (technical) improvement initiatives to ensure defined objectives are met and look for measured outcomes
• Participate as a thought leader and contribute to the core objectives and outcomes of the COE
• Build and run a comprehensive Delivery (Project + Technical) Governance model
• Drive efficiencies across project execution teams working in collaboration with Solution team.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to build/utilize the COE Delivery team
• Provide mentoring and guidance to the Project Execution Teams
• Responsible for managing/maintaining a single version of the COE Delivery Assets
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Execution Assets
• Be one of the core influencers for Solution Deliveries

Who You’ll Work With
The successful candidate will work from any Teradata GSIH (Global Services Innovation Hub) facility or virtual in India/ Pakistan/Prague and will be expected to travel on business (20 -30% travel).


What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
• Minimum 15 years of IT work experience, with at least 10 years in large projects implementation roles
• Minimum 5 years of Teradata Implementation experience, with at least 2 years of strong AI/Data solution implementations.
• Experience in building successful project execution teams
• Experience in leading effective teams and collaborating across business and functional units to drive results
• Knowledge and experience with latest delivery and governance methodologies
• Experience in building and using Automation Tools/Accelerators in Projects
