What you'll do:

  • 要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計、開発・単体テスト、結合テスト、総合テスト
  • データ分析基盤/データウェアハウス・システム(Teradata)の保守・運用(SEサポート)
  • スキルや経験によっては、プロジェクト・リーダを依頼する場合あり
  • オンサイト(主に東京)、あるいはテレワークにて、銀行・クレジットカード・生保・損保といった主に金融のお客様を担当

This job entails the design, construction, and maintenance of data analysis infrastructure and data warehouse systems, particularly using Teradata technology.

Responsibilities include migrating systems from on-premise to cloud environments, designing and developing programs for handling various types of data, and utilizing ETL, BI, and analysis tools for business program development.

The role involves end-to-end project involvement from requirement definition to comprehensive testing, as well as ongoing maintenance and operation of systems. Additionally, there's a possibility of taking on project leadership roles depending on skills and experience. The position offers flexibility for on-site work in Tokyo or telecommuting, primarily serving financial customers such as banks, credit cards, and insurance companies.

Who you'll work with:

  • プロジェクトの規模としては、2~10名程度(社員、および協力会社社員)が多く、ロジェクトを管理するプロジェクト・マネージャ(テラデータ社員)の下で作業していただきます。
  • プロジェクト終了後は、同じお客様の別のプロジェクトにアサインされる場合もあれば、異なるお客様のプロジェクトにアサインされる場合もあります。プロジェクト状況、タイミング、経験・スキル、本人の希望等を考慮しながら、アサイン先を決めます。
  • 人事上は、エンゲージメント・マネージャが管理する組織(15名~25名程度)に所属していただきます。エンゲージマネージャとは、四半期に1回(あるいは適宜)、1 on 1ミーティングが行われ、目標、成果、仕事の希望、スキル開発の機会について話し合います。

Projects typically involve small teams of 2 to 10 people, comprising both employees and subcontractors, led by a project manager from Teradata.

Upon completion of a project, individuals may be reassigned to another project for the same or different customers, with assignments based on project status, timing, individual experience and skills, and personal preferences.

Personnel are organized within a larger organization of 15 to 25 people overseen by an Engagement Manager. Regular one-on-one meetings with the Engagement Manager are held quarterly or as needed to discuss goals, achievements, job preferences, and opportunities for skill development.
