What You’ll Do 

• Lead the design and implementation of complex BI projects from conception to completion while maintaining high quality standards within budget constraints. 
• Conduct data analysis, visualization, and reporting using advanced tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI, delivering actionable insights that drive business value. 
• Design and develop scalable data architectures, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions to support efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of large datasets. 
• Coach, mentor, and guide junior consultants in their professional development, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning. 
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices within the BI industry, leveraging this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction. 
• Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their unique business needs and objectives, translating them into actionable data strategies that deliver measurable results. 

Who You’ll Work With  

You will be part of our dynamic Consulting Services team, working alongside experienced consultants who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to complex BI challenges. Our team collaborates closely with clients across various industries, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to help them unlock the full potential of their data assets. You will report directly to the BI Practice lead. 

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BI consulting, with proven expertise in designing and implementing data-driven solutions using modern technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion, managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively. 
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional, fact-less, star schema), ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into layman's terms for non-technical clients. 
• Proven track record of delivering successful BI projects within budget constraints while maintaining high quality standards. 
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and guiding junior consultants in their professional development. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist or Power BI Developer are a plus but not mandatory. 
• Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Teradata Vantage, is highly desirable. 
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and experience using tools like JIRA or Confluence would be advantageous. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
