Change Control Analyst - 217183

What You'll Do 

As a Change Control Analyst, you will focus on delivering onsite and remote System Changes as well as Incident/Case Support as required. The primary responsibility is to work with the customer, Service Experience Managers, and local Teams to plan, prepare and implement system change controls to Teradata customer’s mission critical systems in a country/service cell in APAC. 

  • Provide high quality change control services to Teradata Customers though:
    • Pre-CC consultation and Preparation
    • CC Coordination, schedule, and planning
    • CC implementation remotely and on-site
    • Apply CC best practice in all activities/ tasks
    • Use CC Automation Tools and Templates
  • Contribute to CC template improvements
  • Work close with the CC COE when problems occur requiring deep technical and problem resolution skills

This position is a salaried position, and will require after hour availability, for on call duty and other project-based needs. Some local and regional travels may also be needed.

This position is based in Canberra, Australia. Australian citizenship is essential. Successful applicant will need to apply government security clearance.

As part of the dedicated Global Change Control INTL team, you will work with the whole APAC Change Control team as well as offshore remote change control specialists when applicable to ensure delivering consistent and standardized change controls with quality and best-in-class customer experience. This role reports to the Global Change Control Delivery Team Leader – APAC, who is in Canberra. 

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or an equivalent discipline
  • Advanced working knowledge of OS like Linux, UNIX, and Windows
  • Experience working customer services role
  • Ability to travel
