External Description:

The Transaction Services Operations Analyst (TS OA) handles status, accounting, and metric tracking for the Global Customer Services Project Management Office (GCS PMO). They
• Receive, process, and reconcile TS backlog and invoice reports;
• handle emergent discrepancies with finance and project teams;
• collect project status updates and project hours from TS project managers;
• open new projects;
• close out completed projects;
• assemble short- through long-term project and finance outlooks; and
• analyze performance metrics from ServiceNow and other sources.

The TS OA compiles and broadcasts information gathered from these tasks to appropriate Teradata-internal audiences at weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences. These broadcasts are records of reference for other team members and departments; they must be timely, consistent, accurate, and comprehensive to the satisfaction of their intended audience. The TS OA reports to the GCS IGO, who works with the TS OA to improve best practices and escalate concerns discovered in the process of handling the tasks outlined above. The TS OA is a salaried position with standard office hours, extended by occasion for meetings to accommodate international office hours. The TS OA works remotely from a virtual home office.

• Expertise in Excel, and competency across the Microsoft Office software suite as a whole

• Work experience in operations management or adjacent roles
• Work experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Salesforce
• Experience with Teradata as an organization
• BS/BA degree in Business Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, or Engineering
