3. Deliver to CSE/customer as needed

5. Scan paper copy & forward to CSE for SFDC closing
6. Filing for permanent storage

Invoicing - Project Invoicing process support

Project admin 

• Project management team daily management index monitoring daily team affairs data collection and reminder base on FF data;
• Monitoring / collecting the online document uploading of the project according to the management requirements;
• Data management of the project manager's regular meeting;
• Related cooperation assistant cross DA and Practice teams;
• Daily collection of contract documents and monthly invoice collection and submission;
• Act as project co-ordinator for small projects
