External Description:

Teradata is modernizing, standardizing and globalizing its contingent workforce program. We have an immediate opening in the Global Contingent Workforce Program office. This program engages with Staffing Firms and Third-party Services providers to support temporary and/or project specific engagement of contractor workers for our Consulting, Engineering, IT, Marketing and other business functions. Under light supervision, the program coordinator performs various tasks supporting the full life-cycle process for Contingent Workforce. The life cycle includes: supplier onboarding and management along with candidate: recruitment, on-boarding, work order management and off-boarding of contractors.

The Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator will work within a team of program coordinators covering the Contingent Workforce needs of all business units of a global company. The open position will focus on supporting needs of the EMEA region.



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Executes daily recruitment transactional tasks to ensure a positive and efficient experience for Teradata hiring managers and their prospective contractor candidates.
  • Audits contractor candidate files to ensure required records are completed and logged into the appropriate automated work flow system.
  • Runs standard reports from those systems to support key business processes including workforce management and financial planning.
  • Coordinates / Monitors open job requisitions and approvals.
  • Schedules candidates for interviews.
  • Working within Oracle and Workday.
  • Manage written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process and serve as a resource for all recruitment process and client organization questions.
  • Generates Orders to Suppliers in Teradata’s ERP System. Reconciles supplier invoices and approves payments to Suppliers.
  • Helps solve problems and issues related the overall Contingent Workforce Management program.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Background in database technologies and the broader data base market a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years (5+ Years preferred) of experience in a business environment; MSP and Staffing industry experience a plus.
  • Candidate must be proficient with, in order of necessity: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Fieldglass.
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass, Financial Force PSA, Oracle ERP and Workday preferred but not required.
  • Ability to focus on tasks or information in detail and to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with others.
  • Ability to understand and respond to the needs of the client.
