Your Team

We are the Americas Customer Success team within the Teradata Global Customer Services organization. The Customer Success Manager role is a strategic customer facing position focused on increased adoption of Teradata technologies and value realization. Customer Success Managers operate as trusted advisors focused on ensuring the customer gets access to the best knowledge of our solutions, architectures, technical detail, and delivery know how, that will ensure their success.

Your Position

Customer Success Data Analyst Intern

This role will partner with teams across the company (GTM Operations, IT, Customer Success, and Services) to help analyze the health of our business by performing targeted analysis, diving deep to answer broad questions about specific aspects of the business including

  • Gathering data from internal systems for analysis
  • Applying the fundamentals of data visualization to build reports that are beautiful, clear, and compelling
  • Crafting and delivering presentations to stakeholders which go beyond simple reporting to provide recommendations about what the organization should do in response to the facts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is mandatory.
  • SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Python, Data Analysis
  • Experience working with cloud technology (i.e., Azure) is a large plus, but not required
  • Strong ability to prioritize assigned tasks, with guidance from senior members of cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and possesses excellent written/verbal quantitative skills, which are counterbalanced by creative thinking and innovative approaches to problem solving
  • Ability to manage and abstract the business value of moderate to large datasets

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

Must be enrolled in BS/MS/PhD degree program. With graduation dates between December 2023-June 2025.
