GDC RM Job Description:

As the SPOC for the Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Pakistan as it pertains to consultant project assignments (offshore & onshore) across different locations. Work with the Center Head, Practice Leads, Engagement Managers, Account Executives and Solution Partners in managing project staffing requirements and optimizing resource utilization and billability. 

• Develop, process and maintain regular and ad hoc RM reports to support business operations.
• Keep the consulting resource credentials (CVs & skills inventory) and overall RM system (Financial Force) up to date.
• Advocate adherence to the standard RM processes and procedures and manages conflicts, as necessary.
• Manage end-to-end process of project resource fulfillment, to help optimize utilization and revenue, to initiate continuous improvement of processes and functions, and to ensure that management of company and external resources is operationally effective and allows the company to be more competitive.

Qualification:

• Business Graduate with min 5 years of functional experience
• Must have prior work experience of Resource Management
• Candidate should possess good analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, analysis and reporting
• Reporting tool (Power BI/Tableau) knowledge/experience is an advantage
• Candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic and hunger to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills is mandatory
