This role will provide hands-on leadership for the ideation, creative development, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives in the B2B technology space. The opportunity is ideal for a confident, collaborative, and organized creative with experience and passion for leading creatives in a fast-paced, global environment. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Content Marketing & Brand Strategy.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the creative process from brief to ideation to production for the Global Marketing organization, including overall creative support to marketing initiatives in the organization.
• Drive and evolve the expression of the brand, including the visual identity, across marketing/sales channels and throughout the organization.
• Spearhead a creative vision for brand awareness, lead generation/nurture, sales enablement, event marketing, and internal communications, delivering clear and consistent visual storytelling aligned to overall brand identity and messaging.
• Oversee development of digital/physical assets to express brand concepts at scale for corporate marketing, regional field marketing, and sales plays.
• Work closely with demand generation, field marketing, and digital marketing teams to develop engaging and effective visual/graphic assets across channels, including website, organic/paid social, email, digital/physical display ads, and onsite events.
• Maintain program for producing templatized assets for broader organizational use, including presentation decks, flyers, email templates, social templates, and more.
• Provide strategic vision and hands-on design execution for high-priority materials, such as new visual themes, materials for executive leadership team, and major campaign assets.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a global team of visual designers, including full-time and freelance team members representing multiple regions.
• Collaborate with and guide third-party agencies on strategic initiatives, ranging from large-scale campaigns to one-off asset production, maintaining oversight of design principles related to visual identity system.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with brand, content development, and social media team to evolve and execute storytelling through a rich creative experience.


Skills & Attributes
• Strong design expertise in Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); XD, Animate, After Effects a plus.
• Able to confidently and comfortably express point of view and design reasoning with executives, partners, and global colleagues, while also ideating and presenting creative to broader teams in a clear and compelling manner.
• Organized and detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and self-motivated and proven initiative.
• Translate complex and/or highly technical ideas into beautiful visual executions that make them easier to understand.
• Understand and promote contemporary design, leveraging style, function, and motion, while displaying a customer- and UX-centric mindset.


Basic Qualifications

• 10-15 years of traditional and digital design experience in an agency and/or in-house setting.
• You have experience across both digital and traditional mediums, deep expertise in the digital landscape and have proven examples of implementing large-scale and integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns for a B2B product.
• A combination of experience working within an agency or B2B in-house creative environment, and building digital creative internal capability/studio.
• Robust and independent designer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional thinking and stunning visual design across channels
• Experience leading projects and the designers working on those projects.
• Experience presenting ideas to VP, SVP, and C-Level executives.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholder expectations.
