We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, who will be responsible for hiring across our Go-To-Market organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Run full lifecycle recruiting efforts across our sales organizations in North America.
  • Own the relationship with internal clients, managers, and directors to establish a recruiting strategy and deliver top candidates.
  • Utilize passive candidate recruiting and sourcing skills to attract top talent
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive understanding of the essential skills and backgrounds to identify the most qualified candidates to ensure the successful closure of each opportunity
  • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine the appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge about position requirements
  • Deep understanding of business outcome requirements, target profile, candidate evaluation, and business consulting

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5+ years of successful recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the technology industry.
  • Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience
  • Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers & leadership team.
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Experience working with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with external stakeholders
  • Experience using data to consult with hiring managers to make data-based decisions on processes and approaches
  • Able to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
